Smart Tape Measure
Within the scope of our project, we carry out all operations of our staff in our factories and those who track subcontractors, including 'staff training', with the tablet applications and digital tape measures we've developed for Post-Sewing Quality Control and After-Wash Quality Control.
Data entry can be made from digital platforms for 33 different quality forms.
All stakeholders who need to monitor production and quality can log into the system with their defined usernames and passwords. They can access the size chart for the orders in question, the model file, customer reviews, accessory & sewing cards, and digital copies of all quality record documents.
Within the scope of the Barcode Sample Tracking project, it has become possible to transfer and track all samples in real-time among planning, model workshop, R&D, and Sales departments.
Thanks to the integration between our Barcode Sample Tracking System and our intranet portal, our sample cycle times can be monitored. Daily status reports at different times of the day and end-of-day reports allow necessary actions to be taken promptly."
With Portal Eroğlu, one of the most significant of our digital transformation projects, we are transferring all of the support processes we currently track on paper, such as some financial operations, human resources, and administrative tasks, to a digital environment.
As of 2022, analysis, design development, and initial tests & trials of 46 out of our 80 business processes have been completed. Our work related to the remaining processes continues.
Thanks to the projects planned to be implemented in 2023, while ensuring a sustainable corporate memory, we aim to transfer all our related processes to a digital environment in a faster and more controlled manner.
KIosk @Aksaray Factory
Through the kiosks located at our Aksaray factory, it has been made easier for our employees to log into the system by scanning their company cards, view their remaining annual leave entitlements, request leaves, and convey their views/suggestions/complaints to the relevant managers.
In addition to these facilities, our staff can easily learn about the daily meal menus, the employee of the month, news about our institution, and announcements via the kiosk.
