HR ActIvItIes

At Eroğlu Giyim, we are committed to continuous development, fostering employee capabilities and satisfaction, and partnering with independent institutions and universities to realize these objectives.

In recent years, we've collaborated with universities to deliver an extensive "Employee Enhancement and Motivation" training program that surpassed 20,000 hours in total. In our quest to improve the social wellbeing of our employees, we have launched the "Bright Futures Initiative" in partnership with the Habitat Association. We have facilitated professional training for approximately 600 of our team members through the İş-Kur Programs since its inception.

 

In an effort to share our industry knowledge with the next generation, we've partnered with Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and the Istanbul Fashion Academy (IMA) to offer practical training in Denim Washing Methods. Moreover, we've worked with numerous universities, such as Marmara University, Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Ege University, 9 Eylül University, Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University, and Istanbul Technical University, to host an array of Trainings, Seminars, and Webinars.

Since our HR initiatives began, we've actively sought to boost employee loyalty and satisfaction, working closely with specialist market research companies to guide our strategy. We regularly organize cultural gatherings, outdoor events, departmental activities, and sporting events, including football tournaments, to promote employee integration. Our yearly calendar features special events for our employees' families, including an art competition and a poetry contest on April 23rd (National Sovereignty and Children's Day), along with a book donation drive for our employees' children.

 

For our emerging young talents, we hold innovation and productivity project competitions. We extend our support to non-profit organizations working towards the greater good, often collaborating on social responsibility projects.

Our commitment to continuous improvement has helped us successfully pass international audits, such as those conducted by Sedex, BSCI, and WCA. To further enhance the satisfaction and safety of our employees and suppliers, our revamped and robust Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team develops innovative projects and carries out regular audits.
